Executive Goals/Direction Team is headed by Frank A. Ballew.  Frank is BAI Systems & Engineering President.  Frank is a graduate of the University of South Carolina. He has been involve in design multinational VoIP and Voice over Frame Relay Networks along with managing and designing service management centers.
