Position: ITIL Software Sales Representatives:

Description:

Travel:

This is primarily an outside sales position and travel is required. Not a full "road warrior" position (most of our direct customers are in the South East). In addition, we participate in a number of trade shows and other group events, and our marketing plan calls for increasing such participation. Therefore, in addition to local travel by personal auto, it is reasonable to expect out of town travel approximately once or twice per month for several days, depending on level of business activity and other factors.

Compensation:

  • Fully commissioned with an initial draw to cover the start-up period

  • Quota driven and incentive bonuses

Position: Software Engineering/Trainer:

Description:

BAI Systems & Engineering is seeking a creative, energetic, and skilled software engineer to design the software for our help desk software and ITIL compliant IT Service Management Software Solutions. The ideal candidate will be highly committed to creative software design with input from typical end users. This role will work with our interaction with our clients to make design new features and improve existing ones to improve the usability of our HEAT help desk software, IP Communications Manager, IT Service Management Software.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in software engineering or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 7 years experience in software development in both embedded systems, and PC applications environment
  • Experience in SQL, Oracle and DB Databases, HTML languages, Microsoft IIS
  • Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking concepts is a must
  • Solid understanding of inf file, Microsoft Windows Registry, and InstallShield
  • Effective leadership, organization and project management skills. Experience in managing outsourced projects highly desired.
  • Fast learner, good troubleshooting skills, willingness to take ownership of project and ability to get the job done with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
